Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carrier and fulfilment partner, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and your cart intact, plus basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of checkout may not work properly if you do.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers and transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep order records for as long as required by Australian tax and consumer law, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion where we're not legally required to keep it. Email support@slimcoffeeboosterau.com and we'll respond within a reasonable period. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. If we can't resolve it, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
