Shipping costs
- Single box: flat $9.95 within Australia.
- Two boxes or more: free shipping.
- All displayed prices are in AUD.
Dispatch and delivery times
You'll receive a tracking link by email after your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays and peak periods can add a day or two.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for three business days or the parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us with your order reference and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your street number, suburb, state and postcode at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — if the parcel hasn't been packed we can fix it. Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address can be re-sent at the cost of standard shipping.
International orders
